How do I use the L'Oreal Steampod Steam Straightener 4.0?
The Stempod Steam Straightener 4.0 is easy to use. Always start by applying a heat protectant. Apply the heat protectant to towel-dried hair. For example, use the L'Oreal Steampod Smoothing Cream forfine hairor forthick hair.
Blow dry hair or let hair air dry. In any case, make sure that your hair is 80% dry.
Then fill the water tank of the L'Oreal Steampod 4.0 with demineralized water (Note: no tap water!) and place the water tank back in the steam straightener. Choose a comb for your hair type. The finest comb is suitable for straight to wavy hair, the medium comb is suitable for curly hair and the wide comb is ideal for very curly hair. You don't need a comb for some looks. Then set the number of degrees.
To create steam, hold the plates together for a minute after switching on the steampod. When steam comes out of the steampod, take a section of hair and run the straightener with or without a comb through it. Move the steampod slowly for the best result.
