How do I use the Wella Color Touch Emulsion?

Use the oxidizing agent in combination with the Wella Color Touch hair dye. Below is a step-by-step guide to use, but we recommend that you always read the instructions on the packaging.

Wear gloves to protect your hands from stains while mixing and applying the hair dye.
Add the appropriate amount of the oxidizer and paint to a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth, even.
