How exactly does Vitakruid Symflora Junior Pre- and Probiotics work?
We understand that probiotics can be quite complicated to understand (to be fair, we also had to do our research) so we explain exactly what it is and how the Symflora Junior works.
What is Prebiotics?
Prebiotics consist of dietary fiber for the intestines. These dietary fibers can of course also be obtained through our daily diet such as grains, vegetables and fruit. Sometimes getting enough of these fibers can be quite a challenge and then a Symflora food supplement is a good addition (note: not a replacement!). It is important to get enough prebiotics because it stimulates the growth and functioning of good bacteria that we find in probiotics. The pre- and probitoca thus work hand in hand and stimulate each other's effectiveness.
The composition and operation
The formula of Vitakruid Symflora Junior consists of no less than six different strains. This is of course not for nothing, scientific research shows that several strains work more effectively than one strain.
While digesting our food, not all bacteria survive the digestion process. That can be quite a shame when it comes to 'good' bacteria. The probiotic has a higher metabolic activity, which means that the survival rate is significantly higher and the probiotics can kill their work.
In addition to the pre- and probiotics in Symflora Junior,Vitakruid has also added Vitamin D3 to the formula. This vitamin helps boost the immune system. Symflora contains 5 mcg of Vitamin D3, which is already half of the daily recommended dose of 10 mcg!
How do you use the Vitakruid Symflora Junior Pre- and Probiotics?
We recommend that you always use nutritional supplements according to the package insert and do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
Take one sachet per day, preferably on an empty stomach. Dissolve the powder in about 100 ml lukewarm water. Let the mixture stand for one minute and stir well.
