What makes you enjoy your work? Very cliché, but I enjoy my work because I do something I like myself! I love being able to work with social media and alternate this with writing about beauty.

What does a day at Haarspullen.nl look like for you? My day at customer service is always nicely busy! We are reachable through many channels, so answering all questions via phone, email, chat, and Facebook messenger is my main task. Besides that, we process return parcels and refer people to other companies we work with. Think of Billink for paying afterwards or the parcel services that deliver our packages. We also give customers tailored beauty advice upon request. So it’s nicely varied!
What makes you enjoy your work? Helping customers with all kinds of issues and making sure they have a good feeling about shopping at Haarspullen.nl really gives a lot of satisfaction. Ending conversations positively and helping people make choices when selecting products and making them happy is what I really enjoy!

What does a day at Haarspullen.nl look like for you? On a workday, I am busy answering all kinds of questions. Advice questions like; which products do I need for styling my hair, but also advice about restoring a colour, or a scalp/hair problem. We have thousands of products, so there is always a solution! And have you lost your parcel or did something go wrong with the delivery? I also look that up for you!
What makes you enjoy your work so much? The variety makes the work fun, you talk to many different people which never makes it boring. No hour is the same!
Why are you proud to work for Haarspullen.nl? Haarspullen.nl is a young company and we are growing fast. I am proud of how we keep adjusting and improving things so we grow along and can serve our customers as well as possible. Sometimes with hurdles, but when we have overcome these and made improvements so we don’t have to face such a hurdle again, it feels really good!

The only man in this list, but there are more men working at Haarspullen.nl! Koen makes sure all parcels are ready on time for delivery and that you receive your ordered products. Of course, he does this not alone but together with a cheerful team.
What does a day at Haarspullen.nl look like for you? In the warehouse, I carry out various tasks. As an order picker, I look for the right products for your order. But I also regularly restock the shelves when new products are delivered and load and unload the trucks.
What makes you enjoy your work so much? I hate sitting still all day and here I am busy all day. There is always enough to do! Many young people work in the warehouse, so it is also fun.
Why are you proud to work for Haarspullen.nl? Haarspullen.nl has ambition and is always looking for new, clever solutions. Because of this, it is never boring and everyone stays motivated. Besides that, the atmosphere is great and we regularly do fun things together.
