We use SmartWeb (white-label version of Personyze) to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize our service and customer experience. SmartWeb is a technology service that helps us better understand the experience of our users (e.g., how much time they spend on certain pages, which links they click, what users like and dislike, etc.). 

This information enables us to provide better service and handle user feedback well. SmartWeb uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of our users and their devices (especially the IP addresses of devices, which are only recorded in anonymized form and stored until the end of the session), screen size of the device, device type (unique device IDs), browser information, geographic location (country only), and preferred language used to display our website. The information we collect from cookies is only used in connection with your use of our services and is not shared with third parties by us.

All personal data are securely stored in the administration of haarspullen.nl.
