Schwarzkopf Igora: new look - same formula

Be curious. Be conscious. Be you. Igora wants more with less. With this approach, Schwarzkopf’s hair dye brand has developed renewed packaging. The fine hair dye products of Igora Royal now have a renewed, sustainable packaging. Fortunately, the unique ingredient formula is still the same. The packaging has a modernized look. And the packaging is now made from 100% recycled material. This saves 350 tons of aluminum, 80 tons less plastic, and 340 tons of cardboard per year.
What has changed about Igora Royal?
The quality of the hair coloring products is paramount at Igora Royal. Igora Royal may look completely different on the outside, but on the ‘inside’ you can expect the same unique, trusted formula. These important features do not change:

There was of course nothing wrong with the performance of the hair dye products. On the other hand, Schwarzkopf wants to be more sustainable. The packaging has changed in appearance and is now made from 100% recycled material. This saves Igora Royal 770 tons of material per year.
In addition, the color range of Igora Royal has been slightly changed. Igora previously consisted of 13 series. This creates subgroups with more than 140 different hair dye shades. Igora Royal’s main line (the well-known red block packaging) remains the core line. In addition, there are several sub-lines, namely: IGORA ROYAL Highlifts, IGORA ROYAL Fashion Lights, IGORA ROYAL Absolutes, IGORA ROYAL Silver Whites, IGORA Color10 and IGORA Vario Blond.
How has Igora Royal become more sustainable?

With sustainability as a goal, Igora has given the packaging a sustainable boost without changing the 'inside', that unique formula! Igora has looked at how to make more sustainable from less. The packaging is made from 100% recycled, sustainable material. Every Igora hair color line now uses:

That saves 350 tons of new aluminum per year*
That is approximately 58 elephants -
100% recycled plastic - for the cap
That saves 80 tons of new plastic per year*
That is approximately 110 VW Beetles -
Min. 92% recycled cardboard - for the folding box
That saves 340 tons of new paper per year*
That is approximately 27 London double-decker buses
*based on sales volumes for the full year 2019.
Has the content of Igora remained the same?
Yes! The trusted content of Igora has remained the same. All colors still have the same powerful color performance. Igora Royal continues to deliver good color performance thanks to the iconic formula. You are always assured of a natural result, up to 100% coverage, and intense color vibrancy. The Igora Royal High Definition Technology itself features a high-definition color pigment matrix for the best results. In short, with Igora you still have the best color performance.
What has changed in the Igora color range?
Due to the new packaging, some colors are no longer available. Therefore, we have outlined the changes in the color range below for you:

Igora Absolutes Color also provides extra care for mature hair through the Pro-Age-Complex which contains Silliamine and Collagen.
Igora Royal Highlifts
This line is the first blonde coloring with Schwarzkopf's Fibre Bond Technology to prevent hair breakage. This complex is also in the FibrePlex products and ensures that the bonds in your hair become stronger and hair breakage is reduced during and after the treatment. It gives the coolest blonde results ever from Igora Royal. The Schwarzkopf Igora Royal HighLifts 12 series lifts up to 5 levels and the Schwarzkopf Igora Royal HighLifts 10 series lifts up to 4 levels.
Igora Royal Silver Whites
This line offers the perfect solution for excellent coverage and even color results on more than 50% white hair without mixing. Because the line contains Color Crystal Complex, the color is locked into the hair with intense and long-lasting color results. Miracle tree proteins rebuild the hair structure from within and strengthen the hair.
Igora Royal Fashion Lights
