Which make-up brush should I use for what?
We understand it can get confusing. That's why we've listed the different make-up brushes for you. That way you’ll be sure to pick the right one!
Foundation - For foundation, a foundation brush or beauty blender works best. A foundation brush has densely packed bristles for full coverage, just like a beauty blender. This helps you blend foundation well for an even finish. Have a look at these:
Concealer - For concealer, a small beauty blender or concealer brush works best. A concealer brush is usually very small, perfect for dotting out little blemishes. Tips:
Powder - To set your face with powder, a large brush works best, like the KASHŌKI Powder Brush that’s perfect for this.
Bronzer - For bronzer, an angled brush works best to apply it easily, like the KASHOKI Blush Brush.

How do I clean my make-up brushes?
Hygiene during make-up is essential to avoid spots and blemishes. But be honest, how long has it been since you last cleaned your brushes? Time to get to work and clean!
You can use a special brush cleaner, but if you don’t have one, baby shampoo is a great alternative.
Fill your sink with lukewarm water and baby shampoo. Swirl your brushes gently in the soapy water and use your hands to rub the bristles clean. Once spotless, rinse your brushes well under running water to remove all shampoo residue. Let your brushes dry thoroughly in a ventilated area, for example on a towel, or stand them upright in a glass. Only store your brushes once fully dry.
