How do I best apply my nail polish?
For the best result, apply nail polish on clean, natural nails. Start with a base coat so the polish lasts longer. Then apply two thin layers of nail polish for an even finish. Finish with a top coat for extra shine and longer wear. Let it dry properly, of course.
How long does nail polish last?
Generally, nail polish stays good for twelve to twenty-four months, depending on the brand and how you store it. OPI nail polish lasts at least twenty-four months after opening. Store your nail polish in a cool, dry place and make sure the cap closes tightly to prevent drying out.
What’s the difference between regular nail polish and gel polish?
There is a difference between nail polish and gel polish, though many don’t know it. Regular nail polish dries naturally and is easy to apply and remove. Gel polish needs a LED or UV lamp to cure, lasts longer and gives more shine as a finish.
