The eye pencil by Annabelle Minerals is easy to use as both an Eyeliner and an eye pencil. Here's how:

Step 1: Apply the eye pencil after cleansing your skin or after applying eyeshadow.

Step 2: Draw a thin line from the outer corner to the inner corner of your eye along the lash line.

Step 3: Then blend the eye pencil slightly with your fingers or a brush for a smoky Eye effect.

Step 4: To create a wing, apply the eye pencil on the upper lash line and extend the line slightly further.
