The Annabelle Mineral s eye pencil is easy to use and can be used as an eyeliner and as an eye pencil. Below we explain how:

Step 1: Apply the eyeliner after cleansing your skin or after applying your eyeshadow.

Step 2: Draw a thin line from the outer to the inner corner of your eye. Do this on the lash line of your eye.

Step 3: Then blend it out a little with your fingers or a brush, using the eyeliner pencil for a smokey eye effect.

Step 4: To create a wing, apply the eyeliner to the lash line of your upper eyelid and extend the line a little further.
