Step 1: Before applying eyeshadow, apply a thin layer of foundation, concealer or clay primer. This will smooth out your eyelid and make your eye makeup last longer

Step 2 : Apply the eyeshadow to the eyelid with a makeup brush or your fingers

Step 3: Carefully remove the smudged eyeshadow with a makeup remover
