The BIBS Pacifier Colour is very easy to use:

1. Before first use, sterilize the pacifier by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
   
   
2. Allow the teat to cool thoroughly and squeeze any water out of the teat.
   
   
3. Check regularly for wear or damage.
   
   
4. Replace the pacifier every 4-6 weeks for optimal safety and hygiene.
