Pacifiers are practical items, so it’s important to check them regularly to ensure they’re still safe. Always inspect the pacifiers before use for wear, any edge impressions, or changes in size or shape of the nipple and of course any tears in the natural rubber. If you find any damage during your mini-check, stop using that BIBS pacifier and replace it from your stock :)
How do I clean the BIBS Studio Collection Pacifiers?
If nothing is wrong with the BIBS pacifier and it is used often, it’s important to clean it regularly. Always boil the Studio Collection Jasmine pacifiers before use. Boil some water in a pot or kettle, after boiling pour the hot water into a pot or bowl—whichever you prefer. Place the BIBS natural rubber pacifier in it and let it soak for MAXIMUM five minutes. Then you can let it cool, dry, and use! Be careful not to give the hot pacifier to your baby, as it can cause mouth burns, and that’s something you want to avoid.
For daily cleaning or sterilising, simply pour boiled water over the pacifier. Do not boil the pacifier in water! Boiling is NOT necessary.
