Pacifiers are practical items, which is why it’s important to check them regularly. Before giving a pacifier to your son or daughter, examine it carefully. Look for signs of wear, any marks around the edges, or changes in size or shape of the teat. Also check for any cracks in the natural rubber. If you spot any damage during your quick inspection of your Strawberry Pacifiers, stop using those and pick another from your stash :)

If the Strawberries & Cream pacifiers are in good condition and used frequently, regular cleaning is essential. Always clean them before use – it’s quick and easy. Boil some water in a kettle or saucepan, then pour the boiling water over the pacifiers in a sieve or into a bowl – whichever you prefer. Next, leave the natural rubber pacifiers in the boiling water for NO MORE than five minutes. To preserve them, one to three minutes is better. This will kill all bacteria ;) Let the pacifiers cool on a cloth, or dry them briefly with a tea towel. Be careful NOT to give a hot pacifier to your little one! Otherwise, they could get a burnt mouth, which you definitely want to avoid!

For daily cleaning or sterilising, simply pour boiled water over the pacifier. Do not boil the pacifier itself! Boiling the pacifier is NOT necessary.
