Step 1: For best results, wash the hair first with the Biosilk Silk Therapy Shampoo. 

Step 2: Then apply a small amount of BioSilk Silk Therapy Conditioner to washed hair.  Distribute evenly over the mid-lengths and ends.

Step 3: Gently massage the conditioner in and leave it on for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
