For optimal protection, follow these simple steps with the Bondi Sands Spf50+ Coconut Lotion:

1. Shake the SPF Lotion well before use.
2. Apply generously 20 minutes before sun exposure to all uncovered skin. Use at least 1 teaspoon per limb, plus one for the front, back of your body, and your face.
3. Repeat every 2 hours, or more often after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.

Note: Don't forget your ears, neck, hands, and feet, as they are often missed!
