Follow these simple steps for optimal sun protection with the Bondi Sands SPF50+ Lotion:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Apply generously and evenly 15–20 minutes before sun exposure on all unprotected areas (min. 1 teaspoon per limb/zone).
3. Reapply every 2 hours, or more often when sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Tip: don’t forget your ears, neck, hands, and the edge of your clothing, those are often forgotten spots!
