Follow these simple steps for optimal sun protection with Bondi Sands SPF50+ Lotion:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Apply liberally and evenly to all unprotected areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure (min. 1 teaspoon per limb/area).
3. Repeat every 2 hours, or more often if sweating, swimming, or drying off with a towel.

Tip: Don't forget to include your ears, neck, hands and the edges of your clothes – these are often overlooked areas!
