Follow these steps for a flawless tan:

1. Exfoliate your skin well and make sure it is dry and free of creams.
2. Don't shake! Squeeze the bottle upside down directly onto your skin.
3. Spread with a tanning mitt in long, sweeping motions. Use any remaining product on your knees and elbows.
4. Let the foam sit for at least 6 hours. Want an even more intense effect? Apply a second coat 30 minutes later.
5. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
