How to use the Cabau Lifestyle Beauty Set:

Hair+: Take one softgel daily with plenty of water, preferably during or after a meal.
Collagen Pure: Mix 10 grams (2 scoops) daily in 200 ml of a drink of your choice. Stir well or use a shaker or mixer. Ideal in the morning or before going to bed.
