The High Protein Meal is super quick to prepare. Here's how it works: 

1. Choose your favorite flavor and take about 85 grams (± 2 scoops) of powder.
   
   
2. Mix this with 300 ml of water or (plant-based) milk.
   
   
3. Shake or mix well until smooth.
   
   
4. Drink it immediately, or add a handful of nuts, fruit, or muesli for extra filling.
   

Note: the measuring scoop is measured in cc (70 cc = ± 35–45 grams). For one meal, use two full scoops.
