How do I use the Moisturising Cream from CeraVe?
Start your routine with a Cleanser, to clean your skin. You do this in the following way:
- Moisten your skin
- Apply a small amount Cleansing gel on your fingertips. Since this gel has a foaming effect, you don't need a large amount.
- Massage this into the skin using circular motions.
- Let this absorb for a moment and then rinse it off.
- Then pat your skin dry with a towel.
- Apply the Cream generously and repeat if necessary.
- Now you are fully hydrated and ready to go!
What are ceramides?
Ceramides are natural lipids, or fats, essential for skin health because they help protect against external damage and prevent moisture loss. They have anti-aging properties and support the skin barrier, keeping the skin firmer and hydrated.
