The Woodwick Coastal Sunset Mini Candle burns best and longest when you treat it properly. Follow these simple steps:

1. For the first use, let the entire top layer melt; this prevents tunneling.

2. Place the candle on a stable surface, away from drafts.

3. Extinguish the flame when there is about 1 cm of wax left.

Tip: If you need to trim the wick, carefully extinguish the candle and let the wick and wax cool down. Then gently break off the burnt edges to about 6 mm and remove all residue before lighting the candle again.
