Elvou Sleep Formula is a supplement combining ingredients like L-glycine, griffonia simplicifolia extract, valerian, green tea extract and organic reishi mushroom.
The formula contains 5-HTP from griffonia simplicifolia, a precursor of serotonin and melatonin. Sleep Formula also includes vitamins and herbal extracts to support your daily sleep routine.
Take 2 capsules with water half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use with medications affecting brain metabolism, such as antidepressants or sedatives.
Store at room temperature in a dry place. Keep out of reach of young children.
