It is recommended to use a hair mask at least once a week. If you have very dry and damaged hair, you can use this hair mask more often.

Use the Nourishing Extra Care Mask on washed, towel-dried hair. Preferably wash your hair first with the Extra Care Shampoo . Then apply a generous amount of the hair mask to the length of your hair, focusing on the ends. Leave the nourishing mask on for about 5 to 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. It is not necessary to use a conditioner after the unique hair mask.
