The sponge is delivered hard. After soaking the sponge in water, the sponge feels soft. The water activates the natural quality of the konjac. The sponge is now ready for use!

Always soak the sponge in warm water before use until the sponge feels soft. Gently massage your face with the sponge and cleanse your skin. After use, it is important to rinse the sponge well. Gently squeeze the sponge and hang it by the string so the sponge can dry properly. Store the sponge in a cool and ventilated place. 

Replace the sponge after two to three months.
