Make sure you have washed your hair before using the Spray. For intensive effect, it is best to use the shampoo and conditioner from Insight Damaged Hair Use beforehand, so all your care products are coordinated. Shake the Spray well before use. Spray it on towel-dried hair and massage it in briefly. It is a leave-in product, so you do not need to rinse it out. Then style the hair as desired.
