The Indola Strong Mousse is 100% free of sulfates and parabens. Sulfates actually only occur in shampoos, conditioners, and masks. Sulfates are responsible for the foam, nothing more and nothing less. That, of course, does not apply to this mousse, as this is a different kind of foam than the foaming during hair washing. Parabens are often used in these same products for longer preservation by, among other things, preventing fungi and molds. Parabens are also not present in the Indola Innova Setting Strong Mousse.
