1. First, wash your hair with Kevin Murphy Repair-Me.Wash shampoo.
   
   
2. Squeeze excess water from your hair.
   
   
3. Apply a small amount of conditioner to the lengths and ends.
   
   
4. Massage gently in.
   
   
5. Leave in for one to two minutes.
   
   
6. Rinse thoroughly.
