After using this conditioner, your hair will have the chance to grow healthy and long again. For best results, use Lee Stafford Grow Long & Strong Shampoo first. 

First, wash your hair thoroughly with the Grow Long & Strong Shampoo . Then, apply the conditioner to your palms and distribute it through your hair (if you have oily hair, don't apply it to your scalp, but only to the ends). Leave it in for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

For extra shine, rinse your hair with cold water. The hair cuticles close due to the cold water and that provides extra shine!

The lemon extracts make hair stronger and shinier. The apple extracts are packed with vitamins, which are especially helpful if you suffer from hair loss.
