Start by using the shampoo. Apply a small amount to your damp hair and massage it in well. Leave the shampoo on for about five minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Then apply the conditioner to the ends of your hair. Leave it on for a moment (use a wide-tooth comb) and rinse well. For the best results, comb your hair while in the shower.
