First wash hair with Scalp Advanced Anti-Discomfort Shampoo . Then apply Anti-Discomfort Conditioner to wet hair from scalp to ends. Massage conditioner into scalp with fingertips and leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
