The STeampod Steam Straightener 4.0 is easy to use. Always start by applying a heat protector. Apply the heat protector to towel-dried hair. Use the STeampod Smoothing Treatment for this!

Blow dry your hair or let it air dry. Make sure your hair is at least 80% dry.

Next, fill the STeampod 4.0 water reservoir with demineralised water (Note: no tap water!) and place the reservoir back in the steam straightener. Choose a comb based on your hair type. The finest comb is for straight to wavy hair, the medium comb is for curly hair, and the wide comb is ideal for very curly hair. For some looks, no comb is needed. Then set the temperature.

To create steam, hold the plates together for a minute after turning the sTeampod on. When steam appears, take a strand of hair and run the straightener through with or without the comb. Move the sTeampod slowly for the best result.
