Exfoliate your face once or twice a week for healthy, glowing skin. For best results, moisturize your face and apply a pea-sized amount of scrub to the inside of your hand. Massage the scrub with your fingertips in circular movements for at least 30 seconds. Don't forget your neck and décolleté. Rinse with slightly warm water.
