Divide your face into four parts: chin, moustache, and the two cheeks. Roll each area 10 times horizontally and 10 times vertically over the skin. Apply light pressure. For your first time, try rolling on the back of your hand to feel how much pressure you can apply. Use the dermaroller twice a week, with a rest of three days between sessions.
