Step 1: Nioxin System 1 Shampoo - Start with the shampoo to cleanse your scalp. Gently massage into wet hair and scalp, leave on for a few moments and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Nioxin System 1 Conditioner - Next, apply the conditioner from roots to ends. Massage the conditioner into the scalp to nourish your scalp as well. Leave the lightweight conditioner on for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Step 3: Nioxin System 1 Scalp Treatment - As a final step, apply the leave-in treatment to a damp scalp. Distribute approximately 8 pumps of the hair thickening treatment onto the scalp and massage thoroughly. Do not rinse, but leave in for optimal effect.
