1. Wet your hair well in the shower.
2. Work a small amount of No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo through your hair and massage thoroughly into your scalp.
3. Rinse the shampoo out completely.
4. Apply No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner to the lengths and ends of your hair. Avoid the roots, especially if you have fine hair.
5. Leave the conditioner on for one to three minutes, then rinse well.

Want to take repair one step further? Use the Hair Perfector No. 3 as an extra pre-wash treatment. Leave it on wet hair for a few minutes, then rinse out. Together with No. 4 and No. 5, this gives the best results, especially for hair with significant damage.
