Use No. 3 on towel-dried hair. Apply a generous amount from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through thoroughly to distribute the Hair Perfector evenly. Leave it in for 10 minutes. Rinse the Hair Perfector out of your hair and follow with Olaplex Shampoo and Olaplex Conditioner.
