You actually use this shampoo like any other shampoo. Apply the No.4 Shampoo to wet hair and massage it well through your hair. Let it sit for a moment and then rinse thoroughly. We recommend always using a conditioner after shampoo. A conditioner closes your hair cuticles, keeping your hair nice and strong. Especially if you have damaged hair, a conditioner is super important!

Absolutely! Because the Olaplex hair products are suitable for everyone. If you’re a true Curly Girl, take note: the shampoo does contain silicones. The most important ingredient in this product is bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate. Okay, you can quickly forget this scientific name. The important thing is that you know what it does: 

Your hair mainly consists of the protein Keratin. This protein is made up of a chain of amino acids, which are present in every hair strand. If the protein level is good and your hair is not damaged, this chain will be strong, resulting in strong hair. Sufficient protein ensures your hair stays strong. If your hair is damaged, this chain is broken. The result: gaps in the chain and damaged hair. Did you know that bleaching breaks this chain? This ingredient ensures that the amino acids bond again. It creates a link between the two loose amino acids, making the chain strong again.
