You use this shampoo just like any other shampoo. Apply No. 4 Shampoo to wet hair and massage it thoroughly. Let it soak in for a moment, then rinse thoroughly. We recommend always using a conditioner after shampooing. Conditioner seals your hair cuticles, keeping your hair nice and strong. Conditioner is especially important if you have damaged hair!

The most important ingredient in this product is bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate. Okay, you can quickly forget that scientific name. The most important thing is that you know what it does: 

Your hair is primarily made up of the protein keratin. This protein consists of a chain of amino acids found in every hair strand. If the protein is in good condition and your hair isn't damaged, this chain will be strong, resulting in strong hair. Sufficient protein, therefore, ensures that your hair remains strong. If your hair is damaged, this chain is broken. The result: gaps in the chain and damaged hair. Did you know that bleaching breaks this chain? This ingredient ensures that the amino acids reconnect. It creates a link between the two loose amino acids, making the chain strong again.
