Het duurde erg lang voordat mijn bestelling geleverd werd. Toen ik mailde bleek een van de producten die ik had besteld niet op voorraad te zijn en moesten ze wachten op nieuwe voorraad.
Helemaal begrijpelijk, maar misschien was het wel fijn geweest om hierover een mailtje te ontvangen :)
Toen het lang duurde voordat het product geleverd werd, kreeg ik een andere variant (normale verpakking ipv navul verpakking) dat werd echter wel netjes gecommuniceerd.
Kortom, goede service maar net iets meer communicatie was fijn!
Ik had het net voor middernacht besteld en smiddags had ik het al in huis.
Hele goede shampoo die de haren dadelijk soepel en zacht maakt... volgende keer bestel ik bussen van een liter
Top product! Ik ben er heel blij mee. Maakt mijn haar na de eerste keer wassen al meteen zachter, minder pluizig en glanzender. Ik gebruik het in combinatie met de all soft shampoo en de leave in, echt een topcombinatie!
Hele fijne conditioner voor mijn poreuze krullen, geeft slip en hydratatie. Wel een kleine note, er zit wel degelijk een silicone in deze conditioner. Het is een in water oplosbare (dimethicone PEG-7) dus het veroorzaakt geen build up of een laagje om je haar, en mijn haar kan het goed hebben. Maar er staat expliciet dat er geen siliconen in dit product zitten, dit is niet waar.
na mijn haar te hebben gewassen met redken shampoo daarna goed in gewassen met met redken conditioner 3 t/m 5 min laten inwerken maakt mijn haar goed doorkambaar maar draagt absoluut niets bij aan de glans helaas
