Wear suitable gloves and mix the bleaching powder with the chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. The mixing ratio depends on the chosen application. Mix the Pro-Oxide and bleaching powder into a homogeneous mass and apply to the hair. Leave the product to work according to the processing time on the packaging and rinse thoroughly.
