Mix the bleach powder with the BlondMe Premium Developer (2%-7VOL on/off scalp, 6%-20VOL, or 9%-30VOL) until smooth. The mixing ratio is 1:1.5 to 1:2.5. Apply to dry hair immediately after mixing; do not shampoo beforehand. Distribute the product throughout the hair, applying a sufficient amount for the most even finish. Avoid overlapping with previously styled hair. The development time is approximately 20-45 minutes (do not use artificial heat from a streamer or hooded dryer to accelerate the development time). After the development time, rinse thoroughly and treat your hair with BlondMe care products for the best results!
