1. Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small amount of Shampoo to your palms.
3. Gently massage into your scalp and work the foam through to the lengths.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Then apply the Elastic Conditioner and the Elastic Treatment apply to your hair, leave it in for a moment, and rinse thoroughly. 
6. For the best result: you can enhance your curls with the Curl Lifter Foam or the Curl Magnifier Cream.
