GABA is formed from the amino acid L-glutamine. Proteins from your diet are also converted into L-glutamine. For this conversion process, your body needs cofactors such as minerals, vitamins, and other substances. Vitamin B1 is necessary for this conversion process, which is why Vitakruid 's GABA formula contains 1.5mg of vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 is also beneficial for mood. The vitamin B1 is, of course, added in the easily absorbable form: Thiamine HCL. For GABA, we chose to use 500mg of pure, absorbable GABA.

Take 1 to 2 capsules of GABA from Vitakruid per day and do not exceed the recommended dosage.
