Vitakruid 's Day & Night Multivitamin for Men 50+ once again consists of two formulas: one for daytime and one for nighttime, because daytime needs are different than nighttime.

Thanks to the Daily Multivitamin, energy levels are supported. The formula contains a complete vitamin B complex. The B vitamins also contribute to the functioning of the nervous system and boost immunity. Vitamin B12 is also very important for adults. This vitamin is naturally found in the multivitamin in its most absorbable form: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). These active forms of vitamin B do not need to be converted, so the body can immediately benefit from their health advantages. Prostate health is very important for adult men and not always a given. That's why the multivitamin contains Saw Palmetto (Sabalselect®). This extract helps maintain normal urination and healthy prostate function.
