This has a significant advantage: blackcurrant fruit extract contains the highest concentration of active ingredients. Furthermore, the extracts are cold-pressed, optimally preserving the active ingredients. The tincture form is, of course, also a good choice. Besides making the product easy to dose, the liquid form also ensures better absorption. The active ingredients are absorbed more efficiently through the oral mucosa. Because the ingredients are soaked in alcohol, the overall formula is more readily available to the body. Small particles are now absorbed incredibly quickly. This is important because some plant species are difficult for the body to digest.

Take ten drops three times a day with a glass of water. Take the tincture half an hour before a meal. Close the bottle tightly after use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage (maximum 60 drops per day).

It is not recommended to use Ribus Nigrum Tincture during pregnancy and breastfeeding. There is insufficient research on this.
