Before applying the Wella Brilliance Conditioner, first use the Wella Brilliance Shampoo for fine to normal hair. This will give the hair extra protection against color fading. After rinsing out the shampoo, the conditioner can be applied to wet hair. When applying the conditioner, focus extra on the hair ends. Leave the conditioner on for about 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
