The gentle formula contains Bond Builder Technology and Betaine, which protect and nourish your hair during neutralization.

How do I use the Wella Perm Neutralizer?
Always use the Wella Perm Neutralizer after applying the Wella Perform Perm Lotion:
- Rinse out the perm Lotion thoroughly (at least five minutes).
- Blot hair dry with a towel, leaving the rods in place.
- Apply the neutralizer to each rod, using enough product.
- Leave on for five minutes.
- Remove the rods carefully.
- Apply neutralizer to the hair again and leave on for another five minutes.
- Rinse hair thoroughly.
Shake well before use. Do not mix with water.
