How do I use the Wella Perm Neutralizer?
Always use the Wella Perm Neutralizer after applying the Wella Perform Perm Lotion :
- Rinse the perm lotion thoroughly (at least 5 minutes).
- Towel dry hair, leaving the wraps in the hair.
- Apply the neutralizer to each wrap, using a sufficient amount of product.
- Let it work for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove the wraps.
- Reapply neutralizer to hair and leave on for another 5 minutes.
- Rinse the hair thoroughly.
Shake well before use. Do not mix with water.
