The Wella Perm Neutralizer completes your perm treatment:

• Addition to the Perm Lotion
• Stimulates curl elasticity
• Prevents damage
• Supports long-lasting curl retention

Always use the Wella Perm Neutralizer after applying the Wella Perform Perm Lotion :

1. Rinse the perm lotion thoroughly (at least 5 minutes).
2. Towel dry hair, leaving the wraps in the hair.
3. Apply the neutralizer to each wrap, using a sufficient amount of product.
4. Let it work for 5 minutes.
5. Carefully remove the wraps.
6. Reapply neutralizer to hair and leave on for another 5 minutes.
7. Rinse the hair thoroughly.

Shake well before use. Do not mix with water.
