With this Manier you give your skin a salon-quality treatment from home: 

1. Start by cleansing your skin thoroughly to help prevent infections.
2. Disinfect the roller and let it dry fully before use. 
3. Apply a thin layer of moisturising serum or cream to your skin. This can help reduce irritation and allows the microneedling roller to glide smoothly over your skin.
4. Choose your desired attachment. Gently roll the microneedling roller over your skin in vertical, horizontal and Diaagonal directions. Apply light pressure, don’t press too hard as this can damage your skin. Roll in slow and even motions. 
5. Treat each part of your face, such as forehead, cheeks and chin. Avoid the eye and lip areas. Between treatments, you can reapply a layer of serum or cream to soothe and hydrate the skin.
6. Clean the roller after use with water and mild soap, then let it dry fully before storing. 

We recommend starting with the Zoë Ayla microneedling set no more than once a month. Once your skin is used to it, you can increase to a maximum of once a week.
