What is Vegan skin care?
Vegan skincare contains no animal products and is always cruelty-free, but that doesn’t mean the reverse is true. Cruelty-free brands do not always have to be Vegan and may contain animal ingredients. SiSince 13 March 2013, there has been a ban on animal testing throughout Europe. Unfortunately, this does not mean that all brands sold in Europe are actually animal-friendly. Ingredients sourced outside the EU might have been tested on animals. In China, it is even mandatory to test personal care products on animals.
